This Glorious Granola is delicious + delightful as my mother would say. It is just a few simple ingredients and turns out lovely. Great for adding onto your desired kind of yogurt, in your desired kind of milk as a cereal, smoothie bowls, and whatever else you may fancy a crunch on. Recipe below.

The goods:
• 1 cup mulberries
• 1 1/2 cup oats
• 3/4 cup chopped almonds
• 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut shreds
• 1 tsp sea salt
• 1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup/agave for my vegan friends)
• 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
• 1 tsp cinnamon

Do this:
-Preheat oven to 325°.
-Stir all the goods together.
-Bake for 15 mins.
-Stir.
-Bake for another 10 mins.
-Allow to cool + enjoy!

Sneaky tip.. I get a lot of my dried health food from Winners, Marshalls, and HomeSense. They’ve got a great selection and you’ll definitely save yourself some pennies along the way.
