Almond Power Bars

These mighty bars are chewy, chocolate-y, filling-y, energizing-y, coconutty and freakin’ yummy. They are full of healthy fats to make it the perfect power snack and nourish our skin and hair. It’s a must try.

•1/2 cup almond butter
•1/3 cup honey
•1/4 tsp vanilla
•3/4 cup oats
•1/3 cup unsweetened coconut, then extra for garnish
•1/3 cup choco or vanilla protein powder
•1/3 cup dark cocoa
•1/4 cup walnuts
•pinch of sea salt

1.) melt the honey and almond butter together in a pot on low-med heat, add vanilla
2.) mix all dry ingredients together then combine with the almond butter & honey mixture
3.) press batter into a baking pan and gently press some coconut on top
4.)place in freezer for about 45mins- 1hr until hardened
