This pesto is so yum, simple and very versatile. Enjoy with veggies, crackers, sandwich/wrap spread, pastas, zoodles, ect.

Ingredients:

•2 cloves minced garlic
•1 cup spinach
•1/4 cup sun dried tomatos
•1/4 cup hemp seeds
•1/2 lemon, juiced
•1 tbsp olive oil
•1 tbsp basil
•1/2 tbsp hot sauce or a pinch of cayenne
•1/4 tsp sea salt

Directions:

Combine all into a food processor. Note* yo may need to add a splash of water to blend more smoothly.
