Mmmm…. these cookies are so amazing and guilt free. Every time I got to my mamas we make these together. They pair wonderfully with a nice hot cup of green tea. They include nut butter….what more do I have to say? Right? Right!

• healthy • vegan • gluten free • sugar free • amazing •

-2 cups almond flour
-1/4 cup melted coconut oil
-1 tsp vanilla
-1/2 cup nut butter
-1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or add for desired consistency)
-dash of cinnamon
-dash of ground ginger
-cacao nibs

1.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2.) Mix dry ingredients (except cacao nibs)
3.) Mix wet ingredients
4.) Combine the two together
5.) Spoon on to a pan
6.) Press down with fingers or spoon & top with cacao nibs
7.) Bake for 19-22 minutes
