Drink lemon water as soon as you rise in the morning.
2.) Always stay hydrated. I know, much easier said than done, but try you’re best! you’ll notice a huge difference.
3.) Sleep. Super important. Try to get 6-8 hours every night.
4.) Stay active. Join classes at the gym or do activities with friends. Much more fun.
5.) Eat smaller meals throughout the day rather than 3 large meals.
6.)Try to make your diet as plant based as possible.
7.) Don’t overdo healthy fats just because you think they are healthy…nut butters…ayyy yiii yiii. Why you so good?
8.) As I’ve said before, try not too stress. Stress makes the body release a hormone called Cortisol which creates muscle loss and gained belly fat.
9.) Green tea. Quickens your metabolism. Drink all the tea you want.
10.) Try to eat fruit on its own. Fruit has natural digestive enzymes which allows it to go through your body very quickly rather than other foods. Once you combine it with other foods, it will just sit mixed in with the other foods while everything else is digesting even though it wants to pass through. This causes fermentation which entails in bloating and gas.
11.) If you eat meat. Try meatless Mondays.
12.) Buy cute workout clothes, runners, bags, water bottles, ect. It helps motivate you so much to stay active!
13.) Eat plenty of fibre rich foods to help pull everything through your system.
Some fibre rich foods include: flax seed, dates, bananas, beans, broccoli, artichokes, berries, avocados, pears, oats, apples (with skin), spinach, wholegrain, chia seeds & so many more!
14.) Be sure to switch up your workouts so your muscles don’t get used to the same thing every time. You’ll definitely see results then. MUSCLE CONFUSION.
15.) Alcohol. Not going to help you one bit.
